Most practices go live in 10–14 days. We handle the connection to your PMS and phones, calibrate the voice, and you approve before anything ships.
Does Praxis replace my front desk?
No. Praxis handles the calls humans shouldn't need to — rescheduling, insurance questions, after-hours intake — so your team spends their energy on patients in the chair.
What about HIPAA?
Every agent runs on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and we sign a BAA by default. Call recordings, transcripts, and patient data are encrypted at rest and in transit.
Can I buy just one agent?
Every plan includes all three. Practices running just one don't see the compounding effect — a call answered on Voice ends up in SEO's content plan, a Smile case books into the scheduler Voice is staffing. They work best together, so we don't sell them separately.
What PMS systems do you support?
